Is for all performance driving horses, excluding obstacle driving and roadster. Points will be awarded according to the NorCal point system. Classes counted for this prestigious award are as follows:

Open stallion driving classes

Open mare driving classes

Open gelding driving classes

to include both ladies, gentlemen’s and height group driving classes in any driving division

 At the end of 2023 we unfortunately lost Bob Housely. Bob always said the youth membership was very important to NorCal and the breed. He said the youth membership had bright future. He said it was important that we honor our youth, and he wanted to see them grow and prosper. The Bob Housley Memorial Youth Sportsmanship Award will be given each year to the most nominated youth member and present them at the yearend dinner with an award, along with a perpetual plaque to be displayed at the shows.
